Who We Are

The Believe Impact was founded on purpose, resilience, and a passion for community. Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, our founder (Nix Anushka Wright) is a first-generation Liberian whose childhood experiences in Liberia created a deep connection to the culture and its people.

After a life-altering accident that highlighted the importance of access to basic hygiene, her purpose was reignited to serve, uplift, and advocate for those in need. This led to the creation of The Believe Impact, operating through Believe in Charlotte Inc. and Believe in Liberia Inc.

Focused on hygiene sustainability, youth empowerment, and community impact, the organization works to bridge the gap between Charlotte and Liberia empowering communities and creating lasting change.
